GENERAL USER MANUAL
- Regular cleaning is essential for carpets. If this is not done, the powders are pressed and settle into the carpet.
- While cleaning the carpet, it should not be whisked or beaten, if possible, it should be cleaned every day with a vacuum cleaner.
- Carpet should not be washed. Carpet shampoo should be used. Cleaning should be done only with shampoo foam in accordance with the instructions for use. After cleaning, the carpet should be dried in a short time and should never be left moist. Drying should not be done under the sun.
- It should be kept away from substances such as carpet, detergent, trouble surface cleaners, bleach, salt spirit. Carpet shampoo will be sufficient for general cleaning.
- Hard objects and items placed on the carpet should not be left in the same place for a long time.
- Regardless of the yarn type, do not contact any of the water, tea, iron, etc. materials at 70 0C and above on the carpet surface.
- The liquid spilled on the carpet should be immediately absorbed from the carpet with an absorbent cloth, paper towel or vacuum cleaner and should be treated as in our stain removal instructions according to the type of the spilled material.
- For stains on the carpet, a specialist carpet cleaner should be consulted.
- When the carpet is not used, it should be stored in a roll, not in a folded form, in a place that is not damp and should be placed vertically without placing anything on it. You do not need to put mothballs between the carpets that you do not use, which can be opened within a few months.
- Do not scratch the surface of carpets with a density of 500,000 points or more, with sharp or pointed objects. Because the ends lying with force between the flat pile will not be able to straighten themselves due to the dense carpet pile. This will cause deformation in carpet pile in a long time.
- Carpet should not be left under direct sunlight for a long time.
- When you want to pull out the carpet under weight, care should be taken not to tear the overlock and back knit.
- During transportation, care should be taken that hard and sharp objects do not damage the carpet.
- It is inevitable that there will be differences between areas with high usage density (traffic) and places with low usage density on the carpet surface. To prevent this, it is necessary to change the direction of the carpet at regular intervals. Thus, shadowing that is not caused by production is prevented.
- Some hair loss is inevitable in carpets produced with staple fiber (wool and acrylic). In carpets that are regularly vacuumed with a powerful vacuum cleaner, this situation will be almost non-existent in a very short time.
- Footprints can be seen on cut-end carpets. This situation is directly proportional to the brightness of the yarn used in carpet production. Therefore, attention should be paid when buying these types of carpets, especially in areas with intensity of use (traffic).
- When you take the same carpet that was bought and used before and put it side by side, there will definitely be a difference between the two carpets. This should be taken into account when buying the second carpet.
- In polypropylene carpets, due to the feature of the fiber used in carpet making, it can be easily and quickly matted, deformed, etc. such negative situations may occur. When buying these carpets, it should be taken into consideration that they should be used in places with low usage density (traffic).
- Open floor carpets show dirt more easily and are more difficult to clean. When choosing the carpet, it will be useful to determine the floor color according to the condition of the place to be used for later use. Do not forget that no stain remover can completely remove all stains without damaging the stained item.
